Do I need an estimate before selecting a body shop?
No, you do not. No law requires you to obtain an estimate prior to choosing and leaving your vehicle with the shop of your choice. When selecting a body shop, we highly recommend you choose a shop based on their merits, such as their integrity, reputation and credentials.
Do you offer a warranty on work performed at your body shop?

Why is my vehicle deemed a total loss?
A vehicle is a total loss if the ICBC declares it to be. Usually, this is because the cost of repairing the vehicle is greater than the market value of the car.
